Description

The Meadow Lake Branch Manager is a strategic leader responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the branch achieves operational excellence and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment. You will lead our team in delivering high-quality customer service across all business lines, ensuring a consistent standard of professionalism and appearance in every interaction.
You are tasked with optimizing branch performance through process and technology improvements that drive work volume, reduce waste, and improve employee retention. As an analytical and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the industry and the local area, you will ensure our operations run smoothlyremaining safe, productive, and sustainable for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operational Leadership: Provide oversight and direction for the Meadow Lake operations, aligning day-to-day activities with corporate strategy to ensure a safe, productive and efficient workplace.
-Business Growth: Improve resource utilization and efficiency through process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining service quality and safe working environment
-Billing and invoicing: Work with Billing Manager and Service Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
-Safety Champion: Lead a zero-incident culture by conducting daily toolbox meetings, reviewing safe work practices and ensuring COR compliance.
-Team Development: Mentor and motivate supervisors and personnel, oversee hiring, and manage employee engagement and discipline.
-Fleet Management: Work closely with Fleet Manager to ensure operational readiness of equipment
-Performance tracking: Work with Director of Finance to develop and monitor KPIs and review financial data to optimize budgets and productivity.
