Job Description: Duties include but not limited to: Synagis clinic coordinator, CPR instructor for parents, NRP coordinator for Regina, Home Monitor program coordinator, Car seat safety educator/technician, Parent education coordinator (CEAC documents, etc.), PPE/N95 Fit trainer for NICU. Other duties as required.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
Experience
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years nurse experience related to the clinical program area
- Qualification beyond basic RN e.g. advanced training, educator certification, or past experience in clinical education.
- Capability to conduct multidisciplinary training (nursing, allied health, support staff).
- Current certification in NRP; in some settings, preference or requirement for NRP Instructor certification.
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric specialties, perinatal care, or NICU settings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Relevant clinical experience often including neonatal care or experience in a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) / perinatal/neonatal nursing.
- The role may require coordination of training sessions, simulations, and skills labs including scheduling across shifts to accommodate staff.
- Expectation to act as a mentor, resource, and role model for staff; maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
