The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, personable Sales Consultant to join our tight-knit team. At Village, we don't do "high pressure." We do "High Service." Your goal is to help our customers find the perfect vehicle from our massive selection & ensure they drive away with a smile.
What Youll Do
Customer Concierge: Greet guests & guide them through our 100+ vehicle inventory.
Product Pro: Learn the ins & outs of various makes & models (we carry everything from Ford & RAM to Toyota & Hyundai).
The Full Cycle: Manage the sales process from the initial test drive to the final paperwork.
Community Connection: Represent the Village brand at local events & through our "Village Cares" charity partnerships.
Stay Digital: Use our lead management tools to follow up with customers & build your own book of business.
What Were Looking For
Local Pride: Someone who knows Saskatoon & loves helping the people who live here.
Sales Drive: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right personality.
Reliability: A valid Drivers License & a clean driving record are required.
Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays (the busiest & most profitable day of the week!).
