Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

Support childrens physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development

Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy classroom environment at all times

Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Follow licensing regulations, centre policies, and health and safety standards

Observe, document, and support childrens developmental progress

Promote positive behavior guidance strategies

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification

Valid First Aid & CPR Certification

Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for early childhood education and child development
