Order Coordination
Clearly communicate orders to kitchen staff
Double-check completed orders before handing them to customers
Ensure correct packaging for takeout and delivery
Manage multiple orders during rush hours

Cleanliness & Organization
Keep counter area clean and stocked
Refill napkins, cups, condiments, and menus
Maintain hygiene standards (hand washing, gloves if required)

Customer Service
Handle complaints politely (wrong order, delays, etc.)
