Description

In the role of Child Care Worker takes direction from the supervisor or, alternatively, the manager
depending upon the shift. This role is responsible for providing children, with a safe and caring environment within the
WOH home. Responsibilities include maintaining supportive relationships with the children, providing age-appropriate
activities and programs, handling behavioral or related issues, providing nutritious meals and snacks and ensuring the
home and play areas are safe, clean and well-maintained.
