The Flying Dust First Nation (FDFN) Administration Department is seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin Support / Vehicle Coordinator. This full-time, one-year term position provides a mix of administrative and fleet management support, requiring initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Vehicle Fleet Coordination
Manage and coordinate the FDFN fleet of vehicles
Arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
Monitor drivers in accordance with the FDFN Vehicle Fleet Policy
Organize gas receipts and collect vehicle log sheets for record-keeping
Administrative Support
Prepare and manage correspondence, including typing, copying, faxing, mailing letters, memos, forms, and timesheets
Assist with meeting preparation, including notifications, agendas, and assembling materials
Provide administrative support across all departments, including answering phone lines
Record, photocopy, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and forward to staff
Maintain and update staff logbooks in Excel for the Human Resources Department
Perform other duties as delegated by the Supervisor
