Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Skid Steer / Mini Excavator Operator  Foreman for the upcoming season (May to October), with the opportunity to continue the following year. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience, strong equipment skills, and the ability to lead a crew on residential and commercial landscape construction projects.
Responsibilities / Skills
    Operate skid steer, mini excavator, loader, and related equipment
    Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
    Complete landscape construction projects (retaining walls, interlocking, fences, stonework, decks, etc.)
    Tree and shrub care, pruning, planting, lawn and garden maintenance
    Ensure job site safety and productivity
    Snow removal and equipment preparation (seasonal)
    Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
Requirements
    Valid Class 5 drivers license
    3 to 5 years equipment operating experience
    Supervisory/foreman experience preferred
    Experience in residential and commercial projects
    Reliable, punctual, and strong leadership skills
Wage & Schedule
    $22 to $26/hour (based on experience)
    Full-time seasonal (May to October)
    Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
