Tm2SPORTS - We are Central Canada's leading customized sportswear, corporate wear, custom uniforms and performance apparel company. Our Retail Store location is located in Saskatoon, SK.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their needs are met.  This is a commission-based sales position (independent contractor) based in Saskatoon to cover all of Saskatchewan. You will be working with a long established clientele, as well as doing business development.

You must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record, as well as a laptop and a cell phone. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Business Development:
Identify and target organizations for potential partnerships.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the company's presence in the market.
Work with key brand partners to create best in class partnership agreements to present to targeted decision makers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, owners, administrators, and key decision-makers.  Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Ensure the terms and conditions of agreements are being met.
3. Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Track and report sales progress regularly, providing insights into market trends and opportunities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A minimum of four years of management and/or sales experience. A minimum of two years of industry experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
