-Data entry for flights, payroll, planning, CamRad and contractor data management.
-Prepare accurate reports and correspondence.
-General clerical duties including reception, filing and mail distribution.
-Provide administrative support to all departments and other duties as required.
Requirements of the position:
-minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
-post-secondary diploma certificate in office administration;
-valid class 5 drivers licence;
-proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; and
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
Assets:
-SAP experience.
