Position Summary

Help shape how the City of Regina delivers value through modern, strategic procurement and supply chain practices. In this senior role, youll lead highimpact sourcing initiatives, manage complex and highprofile procurements, drive efficiency and fiscal sustainability, and support service excellence across City operations. Youll advise senior leadership, guide performance and process improvements, and contribute to confidential financial investigationsmaking a meaningful, citywide impact.

What You Bring

- Expertise in public procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and project management
- Strong analytical, research, reporting, and problemsolving skills
- Advanced communication, negotiation, facilitation, and changemanagement abilities
- Proven success leading complex, multidepartmental initiatives
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive environments
