Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time File Maintenance Clerk based out of our Home and Building Centre location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Master and complete inventory control functions including counting inventory, price changes, product locations and shelf labels.
Maintain perpetual inventory, key performance indicator reports and complete regular stock checks.
Maintain all signage on the floor.
Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
Perform sales floor duties; stocking, rotation, and display of merchandise, operating of point-of-sale system, and assist guests with item selection, as required.
Support the location File Maintenance Leaders duties including ordering an receiving, daily reconciliation reports, and input pricing for upcoming sales.
Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets.
You possess knowledge in the use of point-of-sale systems including back-office procedures.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe and are able to adapt to new technology and systems; experience with Mi9 is an asset.
