Clearwater Lake Regional Park is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate for this position should have:
Customer service experience
Well-organized and able to prioritize daily tasks
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of office management
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Multi-tasking, prioritizing & strong attention to detail skills
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Customer service: greeting customers and the general public, check in/check out for camping and cabins (managed through Lets Camp), booking septic pumps
Scheduling and supervision of office and gate workers
Money handling: sales using cash register, debit/credit card machine
Inventory: daily balance/close out balancing receipts, invoices, park passes with monies accepted
Setting up and/or maintaining proper office files and procedures both electronically and paper
Assist the Park Manager with renewing leases and handling permits
Developing and/or updating office procedures manuals
This is a seasonal job from April 15 to September 30
Working some occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
On-site living quarters may be available for rent during the season if required.
