Description

Our client, a leading provider of temporary space solutions, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team.

Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Pay Range: $20.00 Per Hour
Working Hour: 7:30am  4pm, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?
Schedule and assigns in-house or vendor drivers including in-house and vendor partners, to optimize cost and delivery time.
Oversee office responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, and customer communication.
Create and receive purchase orders for all transport vendors; arrange for permits, and set up pilot cars and escorts where required for delivery, return, and relocation of unit
Ensure compliance with safety policies, state and regional laws, and regulations.
Monitor digital tracking systems to update customer orders and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

What's Needed?
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or dispatching.
Experience managing or supervising team members or contractors.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and active listening abilities.
