The branch is offering two permanent Talent Attraction Consultant positions to support the Ministry of Community Safety through the Community Safety Talent Attraction Team, delivering endtoend staffing and sourcing services. Positions may be based in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, or Regina.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment or staffing consultant who is proactive, attentive, and able to assess challenges while providing expert advice. You communicate clearly, work independently, present confidently, and build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and partners. You also have the ability to interpret collective agreements, policies, and procedures and provide sound staffing guidance. Human Resources education paired with experience in talent attraction is typically required, with relevant combinations considered.
Key skills include consulting with clients on talent needs, enabling hiring managers through training and coaching, advising on job competencies and recruitment tools, and identifying process improvements.
