Description

We're looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as a Financial Services Supervisor in Assiniboia. This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of February 2027.
In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.

How you'll spend your time:
Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives
Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets

Your experience:
Direct experience with customer service
Formal or informal leadership exposure
Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, such as resolving member complaints or system errors
Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements
Must be comfortable in establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.
