We are currently hiring for a full-time candidate to assist in the operation of our pawn shop. Will need strong focus on Sales.
We are a full service store which include collateral loans, cheque cashing, retail.
Job Requirements / Responsibilities
process loan/redeem transactions at POS
showroom sales
cheque cashing
inventory control, which includes pricing, organizing and assembling
maintaining a clean and organized facility


Reliable transportation to work on time daily
Able to work weekends

Job Description:
The ability to deal with clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Process loans, sales, layaways and redemptions. Pull overdue pawns, price, clean, and test. The ability to source outside sales through online marketplaces. Speed and accuracy is a big part of the job. Daily cleaning of store is also required.

We are Customer Service driven and rely heavily on our reputation to retain and grow our customer database without exception. We require someone who is personable/friendly with the ability to interact with our clients, strong sales skills, financial understanding, has the ability to type, organization and retail display sense and an understanding of profitability.
