Temporary Educational Associate (Heart & Fire Program) - Central Park Elementary School

Applications are invited for a Full Time Temporary (5 hours & 40 minutes/day) Educational Associate at Central Park Elementary School with duties to commence as soon as possible and concluding June 26, 2026.

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Educational Associate to join the Heart and Fire Specialized Support Classroom team at Central Park Elementary. This unique role works alongside a classroom teacher and Heart and Fire Mentor (Outreach) to support students who require additional social-emotional, behavioral, and academic assistance.

The successful candidate will help create a trauma-informed, culturally affirming environment rooted in Indigenous teachings, land-based learning, and strong family-school-community partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and eager to collaborate in building safe spaces where students feel a deep sense of connection, belonging, and success.
