Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team for an upcoming fine-dining restaurant opening. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team, helping to set standards, develop bar programs, and shape the guest experience from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute high-quality classic and contemporary cocktails.
Assist with bar setup, opening procedures, and pre-opening preparations.
Maintain consistency, presentation, and timing during service.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and cocktail theory/ formula.
Contribute creatively to cocktail development and menu design.
Support training of other staff and provide leadership during bar service when required.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper bar setup.
Assist with inventory control and product handling.
Operate POS systems (Toast or similar) accurately and efficiently.
Uphold fine-dining service standards and elevated guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a professional bartending role, preferably in fine dining, luxury, or high-end cocktail environments.
Strong cocktail mixing skills and creative approach.
Solid knowledge of liquors, wine, and bar ingredients.
Experience with Toast or other POS systems required.
Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced, high working-pressure environments.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
