Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the team of Insurance Brokers
-Data entry
-Conduct client courtesy and follow-up phone calls
-Process Motor Vehicle transactions
-Coordinate mail-outs, both print and electronic
-Assist with events we support in the community
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Time management and organizational skills
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
-Ability to prioritize tasks based on the business needs
-Develop and maintain a positive, professional image with clients and staff
-Willingness to learn
