Description

Were hiring two Financial Business Partners to provide strategic financial leadership across department and branch portfolios. In this role, youll advise senior management, support budget development, lead financial modeling, and deliver clear, consistent reporting. Youll guide work units that connect operating departments with corporate financial systems and provide senior advisory support to Directors and Executive Directors. What You Bring
-Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting
-Experience leading small teams and supporting staff development
-Solid understanding of accounting policies, internal controls, and cost accounting
-Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and  stakeholders
-A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
