We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Retail Receptionist. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.

As the Retail Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our members. You will ensure they receive excellent service from the moment they enter the branch until they leave. The Retail Receptionist will be responsible for filtering walk-ins and appointments for our sales staff. You will welcome all guests, offer them refreshments as they wait, and ensure all our members needs are addressed. This position will also be required to learn the MSR duties to support in this area as needed.

Your Spark:
Minimum grade 12 education.
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Teams.
Sales and service experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities.
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven success working in a collaborative and team environment.
Strong commitment to provide high quality member sales and service.
