Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented servers who love fine dining and are eager to grow in their craft. This role is more than just serving food. Its about creating memorable experiences through impeccable service, polished etiquette, and attention to every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a flawless, elegant dining experience to our guests.
Present dishes and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
Work closely with the management and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Continuously learn and develop skills in wine, beverage, and menu knowledge.
Operate POS systems (Toast or similar) efficiently for accurate order taking and billing.
Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interest in learning and mastering fine dining service standards.
Passion for elegance, detail, and perfect presentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional in a high working-pressure environment.
Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast is a plus.
