The Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation is accepting applications for the School Bus Driver for our community.

Our community is located immediately north of Kisbey, SK on Highway 13.  We are seeking an energetic and dependable individual who can operate our school bus for the AM and PM daily route, according to the School Calendar.

This individual will have great communication, maintain a friendly atmosphere and be committed to providing safe and friendly supervision of our students while riding the bus.

Responsibilities:
    Maintain a regular routine for pick-up and drop-off time
    Regular cleaning of the school bus
    Schedule regular maintenance appointments
    Demonstrate safe operation of school bus at all times
    Ability to operate school bus safely in varying weather conditions
    Pre-trip and post trip daily inspections

Requirement:
    Ability to drive large vehicles safely
    Ability to stay calm under pressure
    Excellent scheduling, attention to detail
    Remain professional at all times, create a welcoming environment for our students
    Able and willing to complete relevant training as required
    Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
    Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License with school bus S endorsement
    Submission of satisfactory driver abstract
