Knudsen Technical offers a comprehensive suite of civil engineering services tailored to meet the needs of clients in southwest Saskatchewan. Our Swift Current office is seeking a Material Testing Technician to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting field and lab testing on concrete, soils and aggregates
- Assisting with surveying, site inspections and other duties
- Engaging with contractors and clients
- Providing accurate and detailed reports on test results and site observations
- Following safe work procedures and company policies

Qualifications include:
- High school diploma (post-secondary in civil engineering or civil engineering technology is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to engage with clients
- Willingness to travel and work long hours
- Valid class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lb and perform physically demanding tasks

This is an entry level position. Prior engineering experience and qualification preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Position will be on a full time basis. Work environment is a combination of field, lab and office setting, with the majority of time spent outdoors. Must be willing to travel and stay in communities throughout Saskatchewan.

Wage - $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience). Additional pay for on the job vehicle use.
