Description

Invites applications for the position of a regular full-time Assistant Caretaker at Traditions Elementary School.  The successful candidate will be required to work 1.0 FTE or 40 hrs per week, performing general caretaking duties. Traditions Elementary School is a Kindergarten to Grade 5 School located in Warman, SK which is 22 km from Saskatoon. This CUPE position begins March 2nd, 2026.  The starting salary for this position is $19.80 per hour.
  
Caretakers work closely school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible.  

Preference will be given to caretakers who:

Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;
Place a high premium on safety at all times;
Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude toward children;
Value communication and collaborative relationships;
Are committed to being flexible in the workplace;
Are committed to positive working relationships.
