Description

We are a growing General Contractor specializing in commercial building construction, land development, and civil construction. This role is within our commercial building scopes, working on ground-up and tenant improvement projects.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with leadership ability and interest in growing into a Superintendent role.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field crews on commercial building projects
Coordinate daily site activities to maintain schedule
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ensure quality control and contract compliance
Enforce jobsite safety policies
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Track productivity and provide progress updates
Identify and resolve field issues proactively

Qualifications

5+ years commercial building construction experience
2+ years in a Foreman or field leadership role
Strong knowledge of commercial construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel periodically
Ability to pass background screening and obtain required security clearance
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (required for security clearance eligibility)
