PEARSON ENGINEERING provides structural engineering services for buildings in the residential, commercial, institutional, and light industrial sectors throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. Based in Saskatoon, we are a growing firm known for practical design solutions, strong client relationships, and a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace and is looking for long-term growth within a professional engineering environment.

Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Front desk reception and professional client interaction
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Bookkeeping and invoicing (accounts receivable/payable)
Preparing and tracking project billing
Assisting with document formatting, reports, and proposals
Coordinating office supplies and general administrative support
Supporting engineers with scheduling, filing, and project documentation
Maintaining organized digital and physical records
Assisting with special projects and general tasks as needed

Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (asset but not required)

05+ years of office administration and/or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
