We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering impactful business and technology solutions across ISCs fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, strategic analyst who can navigate complexity, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will serve as a trusted advisor across both client-facing and internal initiatives, supporting shared understanding, informed decision-making, and alignment between business priorities and effective technology solutions.

What Youll Bring
- 7+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or digital delivery environments
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end business analysis activities on large initiatives
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process modeling
- Solid understanding of delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- CBAP designation is required
- Additional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management, or related disciplines are considered an asset
