My business, operating under a Student Works Painting franchise, is building a high-performance crew for the 2025 season, and were looking for students who take pride in doing things properly, show up on time, and want to get better every week. Youll work Monday to Friday, roughly 85, painting interiors, exteriors, decks, fences, trim, and occasional commercial projects. The work is physical, outdoors, and requires attention to detail. If youre motivated, coachable and willing to learn, you will thrive here.

You dont need painting experience; all training will be provided. Although you do need to be dependable, positive, coachable, and able to work in a physical, fast-moving environment. You must have a vehicle to get to job sites, be comfortable on ladders, and be open to learning new techniques.
