Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Lead to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our footprint across oil & gas operations. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in industrial safety, field services, or energy-sector. You will lead prospecting initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with operations to deliver high-value safety solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share
Identify, prospect, and qualify new oil & gas clients
Build relationships with site managers, HSE managers, and procurement teams
Lead the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract execution
Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
Conduct site visits and safety assessments to identify opportunities
Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Track performance metrics and provide reporting to leadership
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications:
5+ sales experience (oil & gas, industrial safety, or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of oilfield operations and safety compliance requirements
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Preferred Experience:
Fire protection or extinguisher service sales
Gas detection equipment sales
Fall protection systems
