Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Foundation Repair / Waterproofing Foreman/woman to lead crews in the installation of foundation repair systems and waterproofing solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage job sites efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure safety compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of 26 technicians on job sites

Oversee installation of foundation repair systems

Manage basement and crawl space waterproofing installations

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and office staff

Train and mentor crew members

Perform quality control inspections before project completion

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or similar construction field

Proven leadership or foreman/woman experience preferred

Strong understanding of structural repair methods and drainage systems

Ability to operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and other job-site equipment

Valid drivers license

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
