About the Role
As a Food Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established route focused on fish, seafood, and protein products. You will work directly with restaurants, food service operators, institutions, and hospitality clients throughout the Regina area.
We allow you control over your customer base, and work with you for support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing $3-4M+ sales territory
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote and sell a full line of fish, seafood, and protein products
Provide product knowledge, pricing, and market insight to customers
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure excellent service
Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
Qualifications
Experience in the food service or food distribution industry (required)
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in protein, seafood, or perishable goods
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driverss license
