Electric Waves (authorized Sasktel Dealer) is looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with excellent customer service skills and previous sales experience to join our team.
This position involves creating a positive customer experience by providing knowledgeable and accurate information on various types of  products and services. Your goal as a Sales Representative is to identify a customers needs, recommend solutions and products which benefit the customer.  You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and must be comfortable working in an environment that has a strong sales focus. This position requires significant knowledge of the products and services we provide. Initial and ongoing training is available and mandatory to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
In addition to the Sasktel products and services, there are numerous other electronic sales components to be knowledgeable about.
Previous retail sales experience and an understanding of computer software is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and suppliers is essential. Successful candidates must be able to work in a team environment, but also possess the self motivation to work individually. Other components of this position are; cash handling, delivery, maintaining a tidy, clean and organized store, and shipping/receiving.
