Description

Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Coordinator in the Petroleum Department in our Home Centre located in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Answering phones and coordinating deliveries with Petroleum Drivers as well as other dispatching duties.
Responsible for performing administrative duties such as weekly reconciliations and inputting pricing.
Responsible for assisting the department in the completion of inventory processes.
Being a leader in Health and Safety in the department by assisting in the completion of Health and Safety documents.
To be available to complete deliveries of Ag and oil product on an as needed basis.
Warehousing and receiving of products for the department.
Other duties as assigned

Have a valid Class 5 Drivers license
Willing to obtain a forklift license
