Description

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and legal-support services in a highly confidential environment. This role supports City administration, elected officials, and external partners by coordinating schedules, preparing sensitive documents, and managing key office functions.

What You Bring
- Experience providing advanced confidential administrative support.
- Working knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and proof sensitive material.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive personnel, legal, or labour relations information.
- High attention to detail, especially when taking minutes, transcribing, or editing documents.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
