Key Responsibilities:
Grow your client base by prospecting within our existing client relationships, your network and community.
Actively manage client leads, referrals and applications.
Deliver personalized, ongoing insurance solutions to help clients work toward their goals and protect against risk.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular reviews.
Competencies:
Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience
Knowledge in Farm and Business Life Insurance market
Experience providing insurance solutions to individuals and families
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated, highly driven
Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
Business development and prospecting skills
Positive attitude with Growth mindset
Team player who can work independently
Strong character and integrity
Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs
Ability to build trust, develop and maintain relationships
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have experience as a licensed Life Advisor. Ideally the candidate will have a university degree supported by industry designations.
Experience working with Farm and Business owners using a needs-based approach.
