TriKaN Immigration Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Immigration Administrative Assistant to support our busy immigration consulting practice. The successful candidate will assist with administrative operations, client file preparation, and support services related to immigration applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries
Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with preparation and organization of immigration application packages
Complete government forms accurately based on provided information
Prepare draft correspondences
Post job advertisements
Screen resumes and organize applicant information
Assist with compiling and tracking recruitment applications and documentation
Perform data entry and update internal tracking systems
Process client payments and issue receipts
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
Other duties as required

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality
Education and Work Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 required
Post-secondary education is an asset
1 year of administrative experience
Familiarity with Canadian immigration is an asset
