Esthetics Department Manager  Wrapture Spa & Boutique | Full-Time Leadership Role

Wrapture Spa & Boutique is seeking an experienced, results-driven Esthetics Department Manager to lead and grow our esthetics division. This role is ideal for a senior esthetician with advanced technical skills, strong retail performance, and proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, peels, and body therapies
Lead, mentor, and train the esthetics team
Ensure all service protocols and sanitation standards are maintained
Drive retail sales and achieve department revenue targets
Monitor KPIs including retail-to-service ratio, rebooking rate, and average ticket
Assist with inventory management and product merchandising
Support seasonal promotions and new product launches

Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician in Saskatchewan
Minimum 5 years esthetics experience
Leadership or senior-level experience preferred
Strong consultation and retail sales skills
Professional, polished, and team-oriented
