Esthetics Manager
Wrapture Spa & Boutique | Full-Time Leadership Role

Wrapture Spa & Boutique is seeking a high-performing Esthetics Manager to lead and grow our esthetics division. This role is ideal for a senior esthetician with advanced technical expertise, strong retail performance, and proven leadership ability in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced esthetic treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, advanced exfoliation (enzymes + acids), and body therapies
Conduct in-depth skin consultations, analysis, treatment planning, and homecare recommendations
Lead, train, and mentor the esthetics team while maintaining consistent service protocols
Drive retail sales through consultative selling and product education
Monitor and optimize KPIs including retail-to-service ratio, rebooking rate, and average ticket
Maintain sanitation and infection control standards in compliance with regulations
Manage inventory, merchandising, and support promotions and product launches

Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of skin physiology, barrier function, and ingredient science
Ability to customize treatments for acne, aging, pigmentation, and sensitive skin
Advanced retail sales and client retention strategies
Leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Experience with spa software/CRM systems (e.g., Zenoti)
Strong communication and attention to detail

Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician in Saskatchewan
Minimum 5+ years experience
Leadership experience preferred
