Description

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting, fixture replacements, basic fixes, and preventive servicing.
Respond promptly to tenant/resident maintenance requests and complaints
Carry out interior finishing and repair work
Conduct regular building walkthroughs and inspections of structural elements to identify potential issues, perform preventive maintenance, and report findings to management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of common areas and outdoor spaces
Manage day-to-day maintenance operations

Skills and Additional Requirements:

Previous experience in building maintenance, handyperson work, janitorial services, or related hands-on roles
Ability to read simple diagrams, work orders, or maintenance instructions (an asset).
Physical capability to lift u to 50 lbs (23 kg), climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
Strong reliability, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation for effective interaction with tenants/residents.
Fluency in Chinese (an asset)
