Prairie Pointe Developments Ltd. is looking for motivated and experienced Carpenters/Construction Workers to join our team.

Prairie Pointe Developments Ltd. is a locally owned construction company offering quality services to Humboldt and the surrounding area. We specialize in residential and commercial projects, delivering quality craftsmanship with integrity.  

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various residential and commercial tasks
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor trusses, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, cabinets and hardware
- Keeping the job site safe and clean
- Experience in construction; framing, roofing, metal cladding and siding preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Utilize hand and power tools

The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in various carpentry tasks.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Proven working experience in construction and understanding of the construction process.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general construction is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
- A combination of education and experience that provides the ability to meet the requirements of this position may be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
