he Nest Health Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative family medicine environment. Reporting to the Medical Director/Supervising Physician, the PA will support assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and preventive care while contributing to team-based service delivery. This role is part of a provincial Innovation Fund initiative to improve access and quality of care. Term ends March 31, 2027, with possible extension.

Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, histories, and exams; order and interpret tests; develop treatment plans with physicians; prescribe within scope; provide chronic disease management, education, and preventive care; document in EMR; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support clinic flow; maintain regulatory and privacy compliance.

Qualifications:
Recognized PA program graduate; eligible for certification and Saskatchewan licensure; 3+ years experience preferred (new grads considered); strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills; commitment to patient-centred, culturally responsive care.
