Description

The Homelessness Individual and Family Information System (HIFIS) is looking to hire a Community Engagement Coordinator. You will be providing quality analysis of HIFIS to ensure accuracy, assisting the current team with developing reports, and training users of the system. This position requires a keen eye for detail, implementing problem solving skills and strong communication skills.
The primary duties are to assist in the testing and maintenance of HIFIS, train users, assist the Community Engagement Manager (HIFIS) with other tasks as needed.

Communicate and engage with stakeholders

Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Analytical Skills: Problem-solving skills to address unusual issues effectively. Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to data and privacy.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and provide training and support.

Skills and experience with Project Management, teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning are also required.

The ability to be flexible in terms of hours of work and travel is important. CPIC and Driver's License required.
