Description

The Ministry of Highways is hiring an Equipment Operator for the Morse Section. This role supports the safe operation and maintenance of Saskatchewans roads, highways, and airports. A valid Class 1A license is required, and a current driver abstract must be provided if interviewed.

Key Duties

Maintain public safety through road surveillance and general maintenance

Operate and service heavy equipment, including tandem trucks, graders, and loaders

Use hydraulic controls for plowing and sanding in winter conditions

Complete daily logs and inspections

Work in demanding physical and weather conditions

Contribute positively to a diverse team and use basic computer tools
