What Youll Be Doing As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Assisting with employee documentation, letters, and HR administration
Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance
Supporting payroll coordination and benefits administration
Assisting with employee relations inquiries and internal communications
Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
Supporting leadership with general HR initiatives
What You Bring
2+ years of HR or administrative experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business (an asset)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
