Description

Ruszkowski Enterprises is accepting resumes for a Full-time Heavy Duty  Mechanic to start immediately.  

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of heavy equipment &
commercial vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace faulty components, parts and systems,
Conduct thorough inspections and complete preventative maintenance,
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs & services performed,
Participate in Company Safety Requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills,
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently,
Knowledge of heavy equipment and commercial vehicle maintenance
procedures,
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities,
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks,
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Relevant work experience.
Valid driver license.
Availability for occasional weekend work.

Welding and post secondary education are considered assets.  

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary will commensurate with work experience and includes employee benefit package after 3 months. This position offers excellent opportunity for career growth for the right individual.
