The Customer Service Marketing & Sales Assistant supports the Marketing and Sales team with administrative tasks, basic campaign execution, and daytoday support to help drive customer engagement and revenue. This entrylevel role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in both marketing and sales in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer or route inbound calls and inquiries, provide basic information, and direct customers to the right team member. This is a shared task with our administrative assistant. We are not a high-call-volume company, but we still need people who can confidently answer and direct the call we receive.
Perform daily administrative tasks to support the marketing and sales departments (scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining files).
Assist with preparing and updating marketing and sales materials (presentations, brochures, price lists, social media content).
Help update company social media channels and website content under the direction of senior staff.
Support inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and routing leads to sales reps.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM and generate simple reports as requested.
Assist with event and campaign logistics (sending email invites, tracking registrations, preparing materials).
Handle basic customer followup such as confirming appointments or sending information packages.
Qualifications
Postsecondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
02 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role (internships/coops welcome).
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customerservice mindset.
Proficient with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and basic office software; familiarity with social media and CRM tools is an asset.
Wellorganized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
