POSITION: Painters (entry-level)
STARTING: $19.00+ depending on experience

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our summer painting team! Searching for the hardest working, most driven students who want to be part of an awesome team and earn what they are worth. COMPENSATION: Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $20-25/hour, with our average painter making $19/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns. A motivated and dedicated painter can ear between $10,000 to $13,000 working from early May to late August.
ABOUT THE JOB:Super fun environment, fast paced.Hands on experience with customer service and communication.The opportunity to work outdoor with a crew of 2-3 people.Working with your friends is encouraged so apply together!Training is provided, therefore no experience is required!
PAINTER POSITION: This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer.

NOT afraid of heights REQUIREMENTS:Able to work full-time throughout much of the summer
Have own transportation (job site locations change frequently)
Manual labour in the summer heat, including ladder work.

BENEFITS:
Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on proven skill after start date.
Bonuses will depend on performance and the criteria established by the Owner.
