The Rural Municipality of Rosedale No. 283 is currently accepting applications for a Seasonal Mower Operator, with an anticipated start date of April 7, 2026. The seasonal term typically runs until October 31 each year; however, the end date may vary depending on weather conditions and operational requirements.
Position Requirements
Applicants must have experience operating a tractor equipped with a 15-foot mower and flex arm and possess strong mechanical aptitude. Experience operating additional heavy equipment such as a grader, loader, excavator, or dozer will be considered an asset. A valid Class 1A Drivers Licence is also considered an asset.
The successful candidate must:
Hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers Licence
Demonstrate extensive mechanical ability
Have experience operating the above-mentioned equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a safe working environment
Possess strong time management and communication skills
Be capable of working independently
Be detail-oriented
Have, or be willing to obtain, Power Mobile Equipment (PME) Certification
Duties
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Roadside mowing
Servicing and maintaining equipment
Installing culverts and road signage

The starting hourly wage ranges from $25.00 to $34.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
