The Role You Will Play:

- Greeting and directing customers.
- Operate and answer a multiple phone line system.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting and mail distribution.
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.

Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong administrative and computer skills required (Email, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- This is a weekend position.
